Terms and Conditions

The service is operated by NextPrep Academy. By creating an account, using protected features, or purchasing access, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to contract; minors need any consent required by local law.

• Provide accurate details, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use.
• Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or used to bypass authentication, payment, limits, or course protections.
• Email verification may be required. Course access, AI credits, progress, and certificates are tied to the signed-in account and selected course.

The product page and checkout show the course, included features, total price, currency, and payment terms before purchase. Current Study Access, Exam Practice, and Exam Mastery offers are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.

Checkout requires separate acceptance of these Terms and the Refund Policy, plus prior express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost when delivery begins. We record the terms version and consent time in Stripe metadata and confirm them by email on a durable medium.

• Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is granted after successful server-side confirmation.
• AI-credit allowances and access scope are those displayed for the selected plan. Credits do not represent money and are not transferable.
• Mandatory consumer rights, including conformity and withdrawal rights where the legal exception is not validly completed, remain unaffected.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use paid materials for your own study. Copyright and other rights remain with the operator or licensors. Certificates confirm completion in this service and are not vendor certifications.

The AI assistant may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify exam information against official vendor sources and do not submit confidential, sensitive, special-category, or third-party personal data.

• Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or remove rights notices except where law permits.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.
• We may maintain or update content and features, and may restrict access for security, fraud, non-payment, unlawful use, or material breach. Materially equivalent paid functionality will be preserved where reasonably possible.

We do not guarantee exam success, uninterrupted availability, or perfect AI responses. This does not exclude mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss or loss caused by misuse, unsupported devices, or third-party outages.

Applicable law is the law of the operator's establishment, without removing mandatory consumer protections or courts in the consumer's country. Updates apply prospectively and the date above identifies the current version.
