Refund and Cancellation Policy

EEA consumers buying at a distance normally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw without giving a reason, unless a lawful exception applies. Other countries may provide the same or additional rights.

For digital content without a physical medium, that right is lost only when delivery begins after prior express consent, acknowledgement of the resulting loss, and confirmation on a durable medium. Our checkout uses separate unchecked controls, records the terms version and consent time, and repeats that evidence in the purchase email. If any legally required step is not valid, the mandatory withdrawal right remains available.

• Study Access, Exam Practice, and Exam Mastery are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
• AI credits do not accumulate above the active allowance and are not cash or transferable.
• Use of protected content, quizzes, or AI credits does not remove a mandatory right unless every legal consent and confirmation requirement has been met.

Send an unambiguous request with the account email, Stripe or order reference, purchase date, course and plan, and state whether you are exercising a statutory right or asking for voluntary review. No reason is required for a valid statutory withdrawal.

Where withdrawal is valid, repayment is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless another no-fee method is expressly agreed.

Confirmed duplicate charges will be corrected. If paid access is not delivered or digital content is not in conformity, contact us so we can restore access, repair or replace the affected feature, reduce the price, or refund where required. These remedies remain available independently of the withdrawal period.

After any statutory period ends, we may still approve a discretionary refund for an accidental purchase, exceptional technical issue, or another fair reason. A payment dispute may temporarily restrict billing or access while Stripe investigates.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable cancellation, refund, conformity, warranty, or digital-content rights in your country. Mandatory law prevails over any conflict.
