The service is operated by NextPrep Academy. Contact: support@nextprep.academy.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from our failure to protect the service.
• Email verification may be required before using gated product features such as the AI study assistant.
• Newsletter and NextPrep update emails are optional. You can change the preference from your account or unsubscribe from the email link.

• Paid one-time plans may include protected course viewer access, quiz access, AI assistant access, and AI credits according to the selected plan.
• Purchased course access has no scheduled expiration and may be used from supported phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers by signing in to the purchasing account. Access may be revoked after a full refund or for a material breach of these terms.
• A NextPrep Certificate of Completion confirms that the account holder passed all required section knowledge checks. Completing every course slide is recommended but is not required for issuance. The certificate is an independent training record, not an official Google certification, professional license, academic qualification, or proof of passing a vendor exam.
• The first and last name supplied for certificates is permanently locked to the account after confirmation to preserve certificate integrity. You are responsible for checking it before submission.
• AI credits are product limits, have no cash value, and may expire according to the plan.
• AI credits do not accumulate above the allowance of the active plan.
• Prices, plan limits, and included features may change for future purchases where permitted by law.

Paid materials are licensed for personal study use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share publicly, or use the materials to create a competing product without written permission.

Any study time, preparation duration, readiness indication, or similar estimate shown by NextPrep is provided for general orientation only. Actual preparation time depends on your background, experience, study habits, prior knowledge, and the current certification requirements. Study estimates are not guarantees of completion, readiness, exam eligibility, or certification success.

The AI assistant is a study support tool. Its responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying exam information against official Google Cloud certification resources. The assistant does not provide legal, financial, professional, or certification guarantees.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, payment, protected course access, rate-limit, or credit controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not share access tokens, protected course content, or account access with unauthorized users.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, correct errors, suspend abusive accounts, or change these terms where necessary. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextPrep Academy is provided without warranties that it will meet every need, ensure exam success, or be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
